How to use:
*Put the anesthetic cartridge in the buffer pen
*Turn the knob at the end until it stops you
*Pull out the anesthetic cartridge
Know when it is empty and you need a new one:
Visual check: You’ll see liquid fill the small cup at the tip when it’s working correctly. If you twist and no liquid appears, it’s out of buffer.
No resistance: When the internal ampoule is empty, the twist mechanism often feels looser or free-spinning, since there’s no more fluid to dispense.
No bubbles or liquid sound: If you don’t hear or see any fluid movement when twisting, that’s another sign it’s empty.
The pen will still physically turn even when it’s empty - it doesn’t have a mechanical stop. Don’t rely on the twisting action to tell you it’s out.
