Same day treatment hygiene to doctor:
* The checking doctor is to alert the front desk and Same Day Treatment Coordinator (usually an assistant) to see if we have time to complete treatment that day. Hygiene will send a message in SDT channel to also alert front desk.
*The front desk team will add the appointment to the appropriate doctor's schedule
* An admin team member will come back with the iPad to review the tx plan with the patient
*The patient will stay in the hygiene room and hygienist will go to another already set up room for their next patient.
Same day treatment doctor to hygiene:
* Same as above. Patient will stay in room and docs will find another room for their next patient.
Same day treatment doctors treatment:
*Assistant will send a message in SDT channel to also alert front desk
*An admin team member will come back with the iPad to review the tx plan with the patient
