Room Standardization

At Keith + Associates, we follow Lean principles.

Part of this involves standardizing our rooms. Below, you will find pictures of the standard room setups, including disposables and supplies. This setup is consistent in every room, regardless of whether it is typically a hygiene or doctor. This standardization allows us to accommodate same-day treatments and utilize any room for any procedure.

For these reasons, it is important not to alter the setup. If there is something that the office as a whole needs to add or subtract, we can discuss it, but it will need to be adjusted in EVERY room.
