New Patients & NP Blocks

General New Patient Blocks

• New Patient Blocks should be put out one month in advance

• One Hour Blocks

• They are in the 3rd column of doctors book ONLY

• No more than 2 per hour

• Never back to back for the same doctor

• They numbers of blocks to be added are as follows

• Patients aged 13 and above are scheduled in these blocks

• 

New Child Patients

• Ages 4-12 Scheduled In Hygiene for one hour.

• Ages 0-3 Scheduled In Doctor Second Column as “Happy Visit” 30 minutes

New Patient Sedation Consults

• Scheduled with Jonathan and Shawn in their 3rd columns

  • More surgically focused is shawn

  • More restorative is Jonathan

  • Either can handle the consult for either, but if the doctor doing the treatment is available it’s more ideal

Wisdom Tooth Focused Consults

• Any doctor can see and do the consult.

• 30 minutes in third column

• Should not be put where a NP block is. Can go anywhere that is open.
